Why I created Growth Partners Group

I meet a lot of business owners. Some are growing quickly, suddenly need expertise they don’t have in-house and don’t have a lot of time to find it. Others are brilliant specialists who are very good at what they do.

I kept seeing the same problem.

A growing business rarely needs everything at once. It might need specialist HR support, a sharper sales approach, stronger marketing, greater financial expertise or additional capacity to deliver an important project. The challenge is often knowing who to trust, who is right for that particular need, and having the capacity to search properly.

Over time, I’ve built relationships with a wide range of experienced specialists and suppliers. Many of those relationships have come through the businesses I meet in my FSB work and through my wider network. When someone tells me what they need, I often know the right people to help solve the problem or move things forward.

That is really where Growth Partners Group came from.

Today, Growth Partners brings together experienced specialists across the areas growing businesses need most. Tell us what is happening in your business, where the pressure is or what you are trying to achieve, and we’ll identify the expertise most likely to help. Where there is a good commercial fit, we’ll connect you with relevant specialists.

There is no charge to you for the Growth Partners connection. If you decide to work with one of our specialists, you agree the scope and cost directly with them. You are always in control of whether you take things any further.
